Tiong Seng has extensive capabilities in applying Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) in construction to improve productivity drastically.

We have innovatively developed and patented our Lithe™ line of Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU) and Lithe™ Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) construction methods that utilises innovative materials and manufacturing processes.

With DfMA, these PBU and PPVC units are done off-site, integrating multiple building trades such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, thus ensuring high quality and consistent delivery.

 

Lithe™ PBUs and PPVCs are used in many projects and even exported out of Singapore.
